Construction Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join McDonald’s UK & Ireland as a Construction Project Manager within our dynamic Construction Team. You’ll work closely with a Senior Project Manager to oversee new build restaurant projects from the feasibility stage through to completion.

In Short

• Work alongside the Acquisitions team to assess potential new sites for development.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Manage project budgets and obtain financial approvals.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers for project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in Construction Project Management, ideally in new build construction.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing project teams.
• Excellent relationship management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and autonomy in decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project Management software.
• Full, clean driving license required.
