Overview

As a Construction Project Manager at Clear Channel UK, you will oversee the delivery of construction projects for advertising products, ensuring they run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.

In Short

• Manage and monitor construction projects across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
• Work closely with Site Inspectors to resolve on-site issues.
• Scoping projects based on tender specifications and commercial briefs.
• Set realistic work programs with internal teams and contractors.
• Travel to various sites across the North West Region.
• Maintain accurate construction build documentation.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Flexible working hours with opportunities for remote work.

Requirements

• Excellent construction project management skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident verbal and written communication.
• CDM 2015 and IOSH or SMSTS qualifications.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Ability to work across multiple projects on different sites.
• Recognised project management qualification (ideal but not essential).
• Full UK driving licence with less than 3 points.
