In Short

• Supervise and coordinate construction works for new builds or renovations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality.
• Manage project documentation and service orders.
• Lead project meetings and manage client relationships.
• Verify monthly and final accounts for contractors.
• Oversee the internal team required for project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety standards.
• Organize commissioning tests for building installations.
• Promote team spirit and organize events for team bonding.

Requirements

• Degree in General Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in site supervision.
• Knowledge of building regulations and public contracts.
• Understanding of Safety, Health, and Environment (SSE) principles.
• Certifications related to construction safety (e.g., SST, electrical certifications).
• Autonomous and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong presence on construction sites.
