Construction Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Construction Project Manager at JLL is responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of construction projects, ensuring they meet the goals and criteria set by both JLL and its clients.

In Short

• Oversee project implementation and execution through completion of construction.
• Manage project budgets, including hard and soft costs.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to monthly forecasts for capital planning activities.
• Handle project scheduling and decisions based on owner objectives.
• Manage a team of consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on project status.
• Ensure clear and concise communication with all parties involved.
• Travel to job sites as needed, less than 10% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in design and construction.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Knowledge of the construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
