Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling efforts across a portfolio of high-value civil infrastructure construction projects, ensuring successful delivery of complex programs.

In Short

• Lead development and management of integrated master schedules.
• Create and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Translate schedule data into actionable insights with Tableau.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Identify and communicate potential schedule risks early.
• Perform resource loading and utilization analysis.
• Develop conceptual schedules from limited project information.
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of scheduling experience in civil infrastructure construction.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with CPM and earned value management.
• AACE International certification is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
