turbopuffer is looking for someone to own our customer data journey & build systems that drive revenue growth, profitability & customer success, all while having an extreme sense of ownership.

In Short

Build an end-to-end customer analytics pipeline from prospect to expansion
Own metrics reporting and actionable intelligence dissemination
Develop predictive usage forecasting models for capacity planning
Build simulation platform for strategic pricing modelling
Develop margin profiling systems, tracking per-customer & workload unit economics
Create cloud cost optimization frameworks with customer cost attribution
Build competitive pricing intelligence models

Requirements

data background - you have a love for all things data
Expert SQL & Python
Expert in data pipelines

Benefits

Vector search or full-text search background (nice to have)
