ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

TTEC Digital seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

In Short

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and APIs.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Experience or understanding of CX technologies is a plus.
