Overview

As a Google CCaaS Architect at TTEC Digital, you will lead the implementation of advanced contact center solutions, ensuring exceptional customer and employee experiences through innovative technology.

In Short

• Lead implementation of Google CCaaS solutions for multi-location contact centers.
• Interface with clients to define solution requirements and technical design.
• Serve as project lead for Google Delivery practice on assigned projects.
• Collaborate on conversation design specifications.
• Integrate backend systems using web services and databases.
• Perform unit testing of developed code.
• Assist with system and functional testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of voice architecture experience.
• 4+ years of experience with AI solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google CCaaS or UJET.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services.
• Experience managing large multi-site contact center implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree required.
