In Short

• Play a pivotal role in scaling our partner-facing business.
• Own core operational processes, analytics, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
• Implement sales methodologies to improve workflows.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support partner team onboarding.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track sales KPIs.
• Run key Partner Team cadences and support planning.
• Drive efficiency and performance within the team.
• Support the evolution of Truveta’s Alliance Partnerships.
• Provide insights on sales performance and identify focus areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in business operations or strategic program roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
• Proven success supporting B2B sales teams in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically.

• Base pay range of $130,000 to $150,000.
