In Short

• Support a portfolio of Truveta customer relationships across a range of research projects.
• Collaborate with the Partner Research and Success team in meeting internal and external demands.
• Clearly summarize the findings of customer analyses in Truveta branded reports.
• Build operational efficiency and improve internal team processes.
• Facilitate programming that ensures customers receive maximum value from their engagement.
• Proactively identify and raise potential workflow issues.
• Maintain internal visibility as a customer advocate.
• Occasional domestic travel (~5x/yr).
• Attend virtual meetings that align across US time zones.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with real-world data and public health research.
• 2+ years in customer success or account management.
• Strong project management skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
• Understanding of scientific and technical information.
• High degree of professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Base pay range of $115,000 to $130,000.
