  • Build and lead a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with merchants.
  • Manage multiple client interactions effectively.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Anticipate travel of 25%.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields.
  • Experience with enterprise accounts in eCommerce or Fintech.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Advanced CRM skills, Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with QlikSense and Tableau is a plus.
  • Proven success in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions gracefully.
