As a Senior Technical Writer at Trustly, you will create clear and concise content for a wide range of customers and stakeholder touchpoints in a software environment, enabling customer success and optimizing the use of Trustly solutions.

• Design, write, and publish online self-service and support content for customers.

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing in a software environment.
• Experience in creating customer help and support content.
• Adept at creating content that is human-readable and machine-consumable.
• Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience using Salesforce Knowledge is an asset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and content management.
• Experience with B2B and B2C content approaches.
• Ability to report on content domain outcomes and visualize data.
• Creative use of visual help (images, workflows, video content).
• Experience developing and managing a content taxonomy.
