Associate Technical Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Associate Technical Analyst is responsible for processing and providing scanning support for TrustArc’s Global Privacy Solutions, Assurance, Sales, and Consulting teams, while working in a collaborative team environment.

In Short

• Provide CCM and Third Party Discovery scanning support.
• Utilize client-based tools for customer management.
• Create, update, and delete scans based on requests.
• Conduct data entry and case management.
• Collaborate with various departments.

Requirements

• BA/BS in IT/IS/CS preferred.
• 2+ years related work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and desire to learn.
• Mastery in written communications.
• Knowledge of virtual machine environments.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac environments.
• Working knowledge of various software tools.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/XML.
