Junior NOC Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Requirements

• Familiarity with basic command-line operations (Linux).
• Exposure to AWS or any cloud infrastructure is preferred.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, VPNs).
• Basic experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
• Some exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) is encouraged.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and document processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team.
