Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in frontline customer support.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain/digital assets/fin-tech.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Must have the right to work in the country of residence.
