Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Experience in tech or fin-tech industry, preferably Web3/Crypto.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Strong values, ethics, and integrity.
• Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
