IT Manager, DevOps - Remote

Overview

Trupanion is seeking an experienced, dynamic and customer-focused DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps team in managing and enhancing our Microsoft Azure-based infrastructure.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of highly-skilled DevOps engineers.
• Utilise Terraform for Azure infrastructure management.
• Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Infrastructure team for monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with InfoSec for compliance with industry standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure services.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role.
• Experience in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Familiarity with containerisation technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
