• Lead and mentor a passionate team of DevOps professionals.

• Guide and mentor on infrastructure as code strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing a team of DevOps engineers.
• 5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer or similar work.
• 2+ years experience with Ansible.
• Strong CI/CD automation background, preferably with Gitlab, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Experience implementing centralized configuration management.
• KPI driven, utilizing metrics for decision making.
• Mentor attitude, willing to work alongside the team.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics.
• Comfortable bridging the gap between engineering and infrastructure teams.
