Overview

The VP of Sales will be a critical leader in TRUFF's next phase of growth, translating strategic sales vision into day-to-day execution. This role sits at the intersection of distribution strategy, key account management, trade and promotional execution, and sales operations.

In Short

  • Support the development and execution of a bold, multi-year sales strategy.
  • Align day-to-day execution with TRUFF’s growth priorities and revenue targets.
  • Oversee relationships with key distributors.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of key accounts.
  • Manage trade spend planning and execution.
  • Own the creation of the monthly sales team master deck.
  • Ensure all sales collateral is current and organized.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
  • Support the management of TRUFF's broker partners.
  • Drive new item setup and promotional planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and execution.
  • Experience with distributor and key account management.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities.
