Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to oversee the administration, support, and security of enrolled mobile devices across iOS, Android, and ChromeOS platforms.

In Short

• Oversee and support mobile device enrollment, configuration, and policy enforcement in WorkspaceONE MDM.
• Manage MDM features such as wipe, selective wipe, lock/unlock, compliance enforcement, password policies, and device tracking.
• Act as an escalation point for MDM-related incidents and requests.
• Manage the App Catalog and application publishing using the client's package management tools.
• Generate and provide reports from WorkspaceONE MDM console for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in mobile security incident responses.
• Support on-premise WorkspaceONE MDM infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and privileges within the MDM environment.
• Define and implement compliance policies and access controls.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for MDM issues.

Requirements

• To be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a willingness to work on-site three days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with MDM administration with WorkspaceONE MDM or a similar platform.
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, and ChromeOS device management.
• Experience with MDM security policies and incident resolution.
• Hands-on experience with user access controls and compliance policies.
• Understanding of mobile application publishing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to generate custom reports and analyze MDM trends.
