IT Director - Mobile Device Management Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled iOS MDM Engineer to join our team and take ownership of managing and optimizing our Apple device infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Jamf Pro and a solid background in React development.

In Short

• Manage, deploy, and optimize Apple devices using Jamf Pro.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and deploy updates.
• Diagnose and resolve user complaints related to mobile devices.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for MDM workflows.
• Build and maintain internal tools using React.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management.
• Strong knowledge of the Apple ecosystem.
• Experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management, specifically with Jamf Pro.
• Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem, including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS device management.
• Experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager.
• Understanding of Zero-Touch Deployment and security policies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
