Semi-Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Semi-Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to oversee the administration, support, and security of enrolled mobile devices across iOS, Android, and ChromeOS platforms.

In Short

• Support and manage mobile device enrollment and policy enforcement.
• Provide Level 2 support for MDM incidents.
• Enforce security compliance and manage the App Catalog.
• Generate MDM performance and compliance reports.
• Assist in mobile security incident response.
• Maintain the on-premise WorkspaceONE MDM infrastructure.
• Publish and manage mobile applications within the MDM ecosystem.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for MDM-related issues.
• Act as a liaison between the client and third-party EMM vendors.
• Support Chrome URL whitelisting for Android tablets.

Requirements

• Based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a willingness to work on-site three days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in MDM administration.
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, and ChromeOS device management.
• Experience with MDM security policies and compliance enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with user access controls and compliance policies.
• Familiarity with mobile application publishing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze MDM trends and generate reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
