Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Okta SSO.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Meetings.
• Strong support skills for Windows 10/11 & macOS.
• Knowledge of Mimecast Email Security.
• Experience with Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Previous experience in startup or biotech environments is a plus.
• Compliance knowledge.
