• Ability to tailor management style to employees' needs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Build-first mentality for scalable ML systems.
• Expertise in experimentation and systematic ML feature testing.
• Focus on shipping valuable features.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus.
