In Short

• Define and evangelize the product strategy and roadmap
• Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor and provide strategic insights and drive continuous improvement
• Be an expert in our customer’s challenges and pain points
• Analyze competitive intelligence data
• Facilitate a multi-functional team
• Prioritize and propose strategic initiatives
• Deliver solution proposals with prioritized features
• Oversee the planning and delivery of product releases
• Advocate new products to market
• Run beta and pilot programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4-6 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching customer-centric products
• Transportation and Logistics industry experience highly desirable
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Sincere empathy for the customer
• Team player who collaborates well
• Proven ability to maintain attention to detail
