In Short

  • Manage ~25–30 hotel accounts as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Act as a strategic partner to improve digital guest experiences.
  • Use data insights to drive impact and demonstrate value.
  • Build relationships with hotel marketing managers and GMs.
  • Lead training and gather feedback to advocate for hotels.
  • Encourage clients to become advocates at events and webinars.
  • Be part of a supportive global Customer Success team.
  • Help hoteliers boost direct bookings and maximize revenue.
  • Represent Triptease and your clients proudly.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer success or related field required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Proactive and customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
