Overview

As a Payments Operations Specialist at TripleTen, you will be responsible for managing partner payments and refunds, coordinating cross-team support, and resolving payment cases to ensure smooth operations within our digital re-skilling programs.

In Short

• Verify student data and track partner payments.
• Validate refund amounts and communicate with partners.
• Coordinate with Support, Retention, and Success teams.
• Resolve payment cases and handle tech issues.
• Create and track promo campaigns for Marketing.
• Prepare and manage B2B proposals and invoices.
• Manage customer accounts and control access.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in uncertain conditions.
• Strong analytical skills to manage large amounts of information.
• Self-organizational skills and proactivity.
• Familiarity with Notion, Jira, Slack, or similar tools.
• Mindfulness and accuracy in routine tasks.
• 1 year of experience in IT.
• Advanced English and fluency in Spanish.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with billing systems is a plus.
