In Short

• Lead and support a cohort of students from onboarding through graduation.
• Deliver live webinars and host 1:1 mentorship sessions.
• Review projects and provide feedback using AI grading tools.
• Foster collaboration and motivation within the cohort.
• Stay active in Discord channels for student engagement.
• Conduct regular office hours and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee student project reviews and ensure grading accuracy.
• Track student performance and provide additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with the teaching team on curriculum and student experience.
• Contribute to career initiatives and marketing webinars.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in Data Science.
• Professional industry experience with real-world application.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Comfortable in a fully remote, international environment.
• Familiarity with Discord or similar tools is a plus.
