Overview

As an Account Executive supporting the LATAM market, you will play a pivotal part in the growth team's success in scaling our prospective customer base, finding promising market needs, improving our customer acquisition funnel, and increasing the number of clients.

In Short

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle with mid-market clients in Argentina and Latam.
  • Conduct consultative discovery with C-level and Engineering Managers.
  • Explain technical concepts related to AI and translate them into business impact.
  • Design tailored value propositions, including pilots and training programs.
  • Collaborate with the global team to scale insights from Europe into the Latam market.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or AI.
  • Proven experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of the AI/LLM ecosystem.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Professional English for global collaboration.
