Nebius Academy is an independent educational and research division of Nebius, focused on creating accessible learning programs and fostering research collaborations at the intersection of AI and emerging technologies. We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to help scale our educational programs through strategic launches and performance-driven campaigns.

• Develop and implement localized B2B marketing strategies for the LATAM region.
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Develop regionally relevant marketing assets to support sales efforts.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance for optimization.
• Collaborate with sales teams and build relationships with local media and partners.
• Manage and forecast marketing budgets effectively.
• Oversee and support the LATAM Content Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in the LATAM market.
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven project management skills.
• Able to work effectively in multicultural teams.
