Overview

The JT Career Coach (IC) helps ensure that our graduates are job ready by their graduation date, providing coaching and support for students in their job search process.

In Short

• Coach 60 students in group settings and host office hours.
• Facilitate 1:1 mock HR sessions.
• Review student career artifacts such as resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Conduct interview preparation sessions.
• Track student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Engage with the community through Discord and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the TripleTen team to enhance career products.
• Maintain organized administrative notes and attend team meetings.
• Work part-time, 15-25 hours per week.
• Remote work with a diverse team across multiple regions.

Requirements

• Empathic team collaborator with professional feedback skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to administrative tasks.
• Experience in data tracking and analysis.
• Ability to develop and facilitate workshops.
• Cross-discipline coaching skills in tech fields.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.
