TripleTen is an award-winning online school among technology bootcamps, aiming to help people change their lives and succeed in technology. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure our students are fully prepared and motivated before their course begins.

In Short

  • Follow and respect the established SLA for communication processes.
  • Involve new customers in their start process.
  • Provide additional attention to students who need it.
  • Check payment information and ensure access for learning.
  • Activate silent students in the first week after course start.
  • Enjoy communicating with people.
  • Work based on results.
  • Fluent in English (B2) and native in Spanish.
  • Experience working with customers.
  • Experience with platforms like Hubspot, Jira, Discord, Callgear, Slack is a plus.

Requirements

  • High level of conflict resolution skills.
  • Autonomy and responsibility for tasks.
