Viator is looking for a Japanese supplier support advisor to join our support team, providing assistance to tour providers globally and ensuring quality products for customers.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese speaker with fluent English.

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to cope well in high-pressure situations.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
