Overview

TheFork is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our team in the DACH region, with a passion for gastronomy and the motivation to create success stories together!

In Short

  • Manage and expand relationships with restaurant partners in the DACH region.
  • Provide qualified advice to optimize restaurant occupancy and increase revenue.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor measures to enhance visibility and performance.
  • Consult on positioning strategies and guest retention.
  • Manage campaigns and organize marketing actions.
  • On-site support and maintenance of customer relationships.
  • Active sales and training of partner restaurants in using TheFork Manager Software.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in Account Management.
  • Ideally a background in hospitality or gastronomy.
  • Strong customer orientation and service passion.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and structured working style.
  • Very good German and English skills.
