Overview

The Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a regional broker strategy of key broker accounts in an effort to grow TriNet's business. This role drives profitable sales of products and services while building long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 8+ years in Sales or account relationship management preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in TriNet Sales as a top performer preferred.
  • Strong executive selling and relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve challenges.
  • Understanding of business operations and C-level priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
