Overview

As a Sales Consultant with TriNet, you’ll help power business success with extraordinary HR by pursuing new prospects and selling comprehensive HR solutions to small to midsize businesses.

In Short

• Develop an annual plan to hit targets in defined territory.
• Build a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various means.
• Qualify opportunities based on understanding of target market.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in B2B complex sales cycle role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build a book of business through prospecting.
• Experience with technology and common software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
