Overview

The Associate Customer Success Consultant serves as the initial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of TriNet PEO clients, providing personalized support and ensuring exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years Customer service or relationship management experience required.
  • 2+ years Industry experience in PEO, HR or Payroll Operations required.
  • Preferred certifications include CPP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of PEO products, services, and markets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM & HRIS applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of corporate data.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
