Overview

As a Sales Consultant with TriNet, you’ll help power business success with extraordinary HR by pursuing new prospects and selling TriNet’s comprehensive solution which includes access to benefits, payroll, and HR services to companies with 5-99 employees.

In Short

  • Develop an annual plan to hit targets in defined territory.
  • Build a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various means.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects.
  • Utilize a sophisticated multi-step selling process.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities in parallel.
  • Utilize sales tools like Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Achieve quota target by meeting sales activity metrics.
  • Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate TriNet’s core values daily.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree desired or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B complex sales cycle required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build a book of business from prospecting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities.
  • Experience with technology and common software applications.
