Overview

As the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, West Region, you will be part of the Trilon Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and will drive the region’s recruitment strategy, propelling the growth of our West region firms.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in talent acquisition, preferably in AEC or civil engineering.
• Proven track record in developing successful talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable initiatives.
• Adept at leveraging data to drive decision-making.
