Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services - Remote

Overview

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to dialysis patients in skilled nursing facilities, ensuring their treatment remains on track and delivering education to patients and families.

In Short

• Provide ongoing care for dialysis patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Work autonomously and collaborate with SNF staff.
• Conduct patient education and ensure optimal dialysis care.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians in delivering patient care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 months' RN experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Experience in dialysis is preferred.
• Background in training/teaching/healthcare education is a plus.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
