Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities, ensuring optimal treatment and patient education while working autonomously and collaborating with SNF staff.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 months' RN experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience is a plus.
• Training/Teaching background is a nice-to-have.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
