The Manager, Learning Strategy and Insights is a key role within DaVita’s Learning & Development Center of Excellence, focusing on designing and developing innovative learning solutions that enhance the learner experience and business impact.

In Short

  • Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to design learning solutions.
  • Develop advanced content for complex learning experiences.
  • Consult on best practices for creating effective learning experiences.
  • Manage Learning Design & Development teammates (optional).
  • Utilize advanced instructional design techniques.
  • Mentor others in content design and development.
  • Leverage multiple learning modalities.
  • Conduct training authoring with various tools.
  • Support capability development and business outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous professional development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in instructional design.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360).
  • Experience with graphic design and multimedia content development.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone on Demand).
  • Instructional Designer Certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects.
  • Willingness to travel 0-15% as needed.
