Overview

DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Supervisor RN who will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients in an outpatient dialysis center. This position requires a dedicated individual who is capable of supervising a clinical team and enhancing patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of dialysis experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Charge Nurse capability preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Nephrology or Dialysis Nurse certification preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
