The Sentara Heart Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse - Supervisor to oversee patient care services and assist in daily operations within a clinical area, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient safety.

In Short

• Supervise nursing staff in a cardiac surgical ICU.
• Assist in daily operations and departmental budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Virginia RN License or Compact/Multi-State Eligible.
• 1 year of nursing leadership experience.
• 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant unit.
• Current BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
