Business Analyst - Healthcare Operations - Remote

Overview

This position will understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle and initiate/co-drive project work that affects the bottom line of the organization and helps take ROPS to World Class via strategic, measured, and intentional methods of improving Yield.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience or relevant project experience.
• Project Management Experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data analysis and process innovation.
• Strong communication skills for executive materials.
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Technical understanding of data tools (e.g., Netezza, PL/SQL).
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment.
