In Short

• Lead the execution of complex technical programs across various teams.

• 5+ years of experience in a related role is required.
• Strong technical acumen with complex system architectures.
• Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Preferred experience in aviation or AI/ML-based product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or related role.
• Strong technical acumen in software products with complex architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
