Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

ProSphere (PST), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and support inter-agency B2B collaboration initiatives and oversee other initiatives on our Enterprise Messaging, Collaboration, Authentication and Office 365 Services Support for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role involves program management, technical integration, security engineering, support operations, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate secure, compliant, and scalable B2B solutions aligned with federal and VA standards.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information & Technology’s (OIT) Communication Collaboration Services (CCS) mission is to deliver high-quality, effective IT services to support veterans' healthcare by managing and maintaining enterprise systems, including Entra ID Business-to-Business, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, cloud and on-premise systems, to ensure seamless and efficient point-of-care and healthcare operations.

This is a full-time remote position.  Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and must be able to obtain a Public Trust. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

In Short

• Lead comprehensive program management efforts for inter-agency B2B collaboration.
• Develop and maintain detailed Project Plans, Schedules, and Progress Reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor program milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
• Conduct detailed site assessments for B2B solution deployments.
• Establish and oversee a dedicated B2B support help desk.
• Manage the release process for updates and changes.
• Deploy and support enterprise cybersecurity measures for B2B environments.
• Perform application integrations and custom engineering.
• Facilitate executive-level virtual meetings and summarize outcomes.

Requirements

• 15 years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree with relevant experience substitution.
• Professional Certifications: PMP.
• Experience with diverse IT projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage portfolios of projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to self-organize and complete tasks on time.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Business to Business is desired.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
