• Provide first-class, 7-star service to business travelers.
• Manage travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently.
• Arrange European and domestic travel, including flights, car rentals, and hotels.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone, and email.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Ensure all service level agreements are met.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Work independently and proactively.
• Support the Team Leader and collaborate with colleagues.
• Exhibit a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of the Galileo GDS system.
• Proficient in air fares and ticketing.
• Great communication skills, fluency in English.
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Well-organized and capable of working under pressure.
• Positive and professional telephone manner.
• Proactive in resolving customer queries.
• Flexible and willing to complete various tasks.
• Motivate and encourage the well-being of the team.
