Overview

The General Liability Technical Specialist is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating, and resolving General Liability related claims while ensuring quality claim handling and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in bodily injury liability claims.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Intermediate analytical and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently on claims.
• Thorough understanding of insurance policy language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technology aptitude for business tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Insurance License may be required.
