Overview

The Experienced Auto Bodily Injury Claim Representative is responsible for managing Personal and Business Insurance Auto Bodily Injury claims from initiation through resolution, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.

• Handle Auto Bodily Injury claims from first notice to settlement.
• Interpret and apply laws across multiple state jurisdictions.
• Provide quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle.
• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of claims.
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims within authority limits.
• Establish and maintain appropriate claim reserves.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Work in a hybrid model with three days in office and two remote.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Minimum one year of bodily injury liability claim handling experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of claim handling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and judgment skills.
• Knowledge of insurance contracts and investigation principles.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
